Our house has a bright living room, 1 bathroom (separate WC), garden and street parking. It is perfectly located: by bus Shoreditch 15min, by walk- Broadway market 7 min, Colombia rd. 13 min, Haggerston st. 8 min. By train- St.Pancras 30 min, Centre 35 min.



Partying is strictly forbidden.



The Space:

Lovely, artsy & modern, fully newly furnished house in a perfect location.



Our brightly lit 3-bedroom house provides an excellent home base for a pleasant and memorable stay in London. It’s situated on a very quiet street in a friendly neighborhood, just 2 minutes from Regent’s Canal, which is great for walks.



The house can sleep up to 7 people, but if booking for 8, please be aware that 2 guests will sleep on the sofa bed and there is only one shower and one toilet. The house is ideal for 6 people.



Rooms

The 3 bedrooms are generously sized and include a comfortable king-size bedroom and two smaller double bedrooms on the first floor, all facing the garden and offering views of green trees, which are a rare treat in London.

Two of the bedrooms and the living room receive beautiful morning sunlight, while another bedroom and the kitchen enjoy lovely afternoon sun. All bedrooms have blackout curtains to help ensure a restful night’s sleep.



Living room

The beautifully laid-out living and dining area features a 45” TV with Netflix and a comfortable sofa/sofa bed, which can also be used as a fourth bed and is suitable for 2 guests.

The living room is a lovely space to relax and enjoy your time at home. It also provides direct access to the garden.



Kitchen

The kitchen is on your left when you enter the house. It is very spacious and includes an additional table with 3 chairs, perfect if you’d like to enjoy an early coffee without waking anyone else.



The kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable, home-like experience and to enjoy cooking during your stay. It is well equipped with oil, balsamic vinegar, coffee, tea, a large toaster, kettle, French press, Nespresso De’Longhi coffee machine, large fridge, grill and oven, microwave, dishwasher and more.



Bathroom

The house has one bathroom with a separate, spacious walk-in shower, as well as one separate toilet. The bathroom features a large shower head for a comfortable shower experience.



Baby cot

We have a foldable cot with a small mattress (100 × 74 × 74 cm), with mesh sides, suitable from birth to 36 months.

Please request the cot in advance so we can have it ready for you. We do not provide a proper baby mattress, duvet or baby bedding, so please bring your own.



Garden

Lastly, let’s not forget our spacious, sun-soaked garden. It’s a lovely area to enjoy some fresh air and sunshine during your stay.

The garden has 2 small tables and seating for up to 6 people.



Parking

Parking is available for as little as £8 per day. Free parking is available on weekends and between 8:30 pm and 8 am on weekdays.

Great location, close to some of London’s favorite areas, the city centre and airports. We can’t wait to host you!



The Neighborhood:

Haggerston is a fantastic area, recommended by Time Out and the Guardian, amongst others. There is a great mix of fun things to do in a safe residential area. Broadway Market, London Fields, Victoria Park, Columbia Road Market, Hackney City Farm, an outdoor heated swimming pool, kids playgrounds, tennis courts, bicycle hire, cafes, bars, restaurants, cinemas are all just a short walk away. If markets and food trucks are your thing, Shoreditch, Brick Lane and Spitalfields are vibrant areas only a 30 min walk or two stops on the Overground.



Another big draw is Regent’s Canal, which is lined with street art, colorful barges and former warehouses turned apartment blocks, with independent restaurants and cafes on the ground floor. At a push this can become your own version of a Rivera come the summer months, when all the locals can be found mooching along the towpath on the weekends or spilling out of the Proud Archivist with glasses of wine to enjoy the last of the sun.



The newly rejuvenated arches ferrying the Overground north to Dalston and south to Hoxton have hosted an explosion of cool openings in recent years, from classy Japanese eateries to daffy east-London concept cafés. All this in close proximity to pubs both impeccably hip and craft-based, and comfortably ‘EastEnders’ grimy, and easy access to the lush Columbia Road Flower Market every Sunday.



Getting Around:

Haggerston is well-connected since the large Overground station arrived, which connects to the underground (Victoria Line) at Highbury and Islington following an 12 minute journey. The Overground covers most of the major routes throughout East and South London, with a journey to Stratford in one direction taking 21 minutes, and a trip to Peckham Rye in the other direction taking 24 minutes.



Haggerston also benefits from plenty of bus services, and the City is mere 10 minute bus ride away making it ideal for those commuting to work. It’s also possible to walk to many places from Haggerston, particularly neighbouring areas such as Shoreditch and Dalston Junction.



Other Things to Note:

Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid-stay cleaning).



Last-minute bookings: Check-in is at 5 PM. Availability may vary, and the house may already be ready from 3 PM.



We are happy to provide airport pick-up and drop-off for an additional fee.



No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy.



No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door and, due to a previous bad experience, we are particularly careful about maintaining a peaceful environment. We kindly ask that guests respect this policy.



No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the property.



No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.



Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of our neighbours during these hours.



Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who made the booking must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.



Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.



Respect the Space: We ask all guests to treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.



Early check-in at 12 PM is available for an additional £30, subject to availability. Late check-out at 12 PM is also available for an additional £30, subject to availability.



We professionally dry-clean all our bed sheets and towels. Please note that we do not iron our sheets.
