Overall this was a good property for our short stay in the city. Other reviewers had noted that the description should more accurately reflect that the rooms are divided between three floors, with the living space on the top floor, a sentiment I share. It should also be noted that one of the bathrooms is an ensuite. Additionally, the photos did not match the property in which I stayed. The written descriptions are largely accurate, but is simply different from the pictured unit. Not worse, just different, which led to some of the confusion about the three floors. Communication with the host felt like chatting with AI, as some of my pointed questions were answered quite generally, and a couple questions went unanswered. Meeting up with the host on arrival day was chaotic as response times were slow, creating discomfort on the arrival as the host repeated that he had other places to be and other guests to check in. I understand that many people are contracting managers to handle their properties, but I had paid for the previous night to be able to check in exactly when I arrived from overseas so I had expected a little more accommodation, flexibility, and communication. That said, I did not have to change any sheets, having a washing machine was great, and expectations for check-out were minimal - which was appreciated. All in all, great location, good condition, different from expected, but would still recommend noting all the above.
