Ann , Good evening. When you checked out I was there and We asked every guest how is your stay and I did ask you to . You said only there was five stink bug in room and apologized for that . And I said we will keep more attention in room while cleaning . Also my desk clerk upgraded room from one bed full size to king size room (most costly ) free . Whole hotel r non smoking roomshotel . We knew that after even you checked out still no smoke in room smell . I am sorry for your inconvenience in my hotel . Thank you Kenny 740-852-9415

your card is decline , travel with good money card with you . you have no room here without money. so what for you said 2 star

sorry for your inconvenience. but before you reserve the hotel rooms read hotel policy. there were a 100.00 room deposit not a 50.00. so next time travel with enough money in pocket. and read all hotels policy before you book the rooms.

your reservation from expedia , putting wrong number of adult in room , bring also dog in room , trying to check in without money ( no deposit money ) before you make any reservation on third party you should open your eyes and read policy of hotel ...../and you are still comming im my hotel ...you never goi ng in holiday because you have not enough money for regular hotel than how can you are going to check in holiday hotel... there is 400.00 room deposit.... so next time before you write a review think about it....... nothing free anymore in market.

Dear Cody , when you making reservation from third party than read hotel policy , suppose to be 100.00 deposit require from guest. but we charged only 50.00 and after guest check out room condition will be okay than deposit refunded.
