On the ground floor, you’ll find a stylish living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa. Natural light pours in through the window, creating a bright and welcoming space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances, cookware, and crockery to meet your culinary needs.

Upstairs, there are two well-appointed bedrooms, one with a UK king-size bed, the other with a UK queen-size bed. Both are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable stay.

The bathrooms come complete with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, offering everything you need to refresh and unwind.

The property is professionally cleaned before each stay, ensuring the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This location offers easy access to the vibrant Broadway Market, London Fields, and the famous Columbia Road Flower Market. Enjoy local eats at Lardo or Morito, and explore nearby attractions like the Hackney Empire and Regent’s Canal. A lively area full of culture, food, and charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

London Fields Overground Station (9 min walk), Haggerston Overground Station (11 min walk)

Heathrow Airport is a 1h45 drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
