Welcome to our modern, five-bedroom house, perfectly situated in the lively New Cross/Greenwich area of London. Situated on Florence Road, you're ideally positioned to explore local attractions, such as the historic Greenwich Park and the National Maritime Museum, and experience the best of South East London. The house offers ample space for relaxation and socialising.



The Space:

This is a newly refurbished 5 bed house. It has large open plan kitchen and living room, with a convenient snug area as well as a smart 42" TV. The kitchen has two ovens and plenty of cutlery and crockery for a large group. Each bedroom has its own desk and and USB plug sockets.



Guest Access:

Currently the key is located in a lock box by the entrance, this will soon be replaced with a key pad lock. You will be provided with the code for either, shortly before check in.
