Check-in: after 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM (we’ll try to accommodate early/late requests when possible)

Please place used towels and sheets in the bin provided for collection

The home is cleaned and sanitized before every stay. Additional cleaning during your visit can be arranged for a fee

House Rules:

Treat the home with respect as if it were your own

Smoking is only allowed outside

No parties or events

Quiet hours after 10 PM (strictly enforced to respect neighbors)

No extra guests

ID will be asked when applicable and at host request

Children and infants are very welcome
