Welcome to your home away from home in the vibrant Barnsbury neighbourhood! This newly refurbished 3-bedroom 1.5 bathroom, maisonette sleeps up to 6 guests, and is spread over two floors. It offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and classic London charm, ideal for families or groups looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in the city.
Imagine stepping into a home that feels fresh, modern, and welcoming. Recently refurbished in August 2024, this beautiful space has been thoughtfully updated with new flooring, a brand-new kitchen, and bathrooms. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that every detail has been considered to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
Downstairs, the open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing and connecting. The L-shaped layout flows seamlessly between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Two comfortable double sofas invite you to sink in after a day of exploring the city. The Smart TV is ready for you to log into your favorite streaming accounts, while books and board games offer a touch of nostalgia and entertainment. The dining table, with its built-in bench seating, feels like the perfect spot for meals, chats, and maybe even a late-night card game.
Cooking is a pleasure in the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need. A dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine (bring your own Vertuo pods) make meal prep easy, whether you’re whipping up a family dinner or a quick breakfast before heading out.
Upstairs, you’ll find three peaceful bedrooms designed to help you unwind. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, a wardrobe, and bedside units for added convenience. The second bedroom offers a double bed and wardrobe space, while the third bedroom is ideal for families or friends with its two single beds and wardrobe. Each bed is thoughtfully prepared with Slumberdown synthetic duvets, soft as down, paired with a mix of duck feather and Silentnight synthetic pillows. Secure pillow protectors add an extra layer of comfort and cleanliness.
The bathroom upstairs is sleek and modern, featuring a shower to freshen up after your adventures. For added convenience, there’s also a second toilet on the ground floor. If you’re staying a little longer, a washing machine and clothes dryer are available to make life that much easier.
This home has its own private entrance at the rear, leading to well-maintained communal gardens. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet coffee in the morning or just taking in the fresh air, it’s a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of London.
For families, we’ve included a Redkite travel cot for babies and infants. Just bring your own cot bedding, and you’ll have everything you need for your little one.
To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary welcome pack with tea, coffee, travel-sized toiletries, and essentials like washing-up supplies, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last for a few days, and if you need more, the nearest shops are just around the corner on Caledonian Road. For larger supermarkets, Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer, and Waitrose are a 15-minute walk away on Liverpool Road.
If you’re planning to stay for more than 21 days, fresh linens and towels will be delivered by our professional supplier as part of a mid-stay service. Used items will be collected for laundering, ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness. A small linen re-hire fee applies, and we’re happy to arrange everything for you.

You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.

Check-in/ check-out:
Our standard check-in time is after 4 p.m., and check-out is before 10 a.m. Please let us know if you wish to check in or out outside these hours. This is subject to availability and a fee. Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 10 a.m. and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins.
Keys: Specific instructions are given a day before check-out to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will delay my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.
A £50 fee is charged for a call out if you forget the keys, and lost keys are charged £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.
Parking: There is no parking space on the property. There are many cost-efficient ways to find a parking space online or with the apps:

PLEASE NOTE: If hiring a Zip Car, parking is not included in the charges; therefore, it must also be purchased in addition to the use of the car.
Family facilities: A travel cot is available to rent for the duration of your stay. Bedding for the cot is not provided, so please bring your own.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.
Additional guests: No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission, and parties and loud music are not allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area, and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.
Lost property: Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and charges a minimum of £25 per item, plus shipping costs.
Linen Policy for Extended Stays For stays over 21 nights, our professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days. You can choose between: Fresh Linen Supply – A new set of bed linen and towels delivered, with used ones collected. Linen Rehire – Keep the current set, which will be collected for cleaning after departure. Both options are available at the same cost.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed
