We've got a queen-sized bed and a snug single, a chill living room with a comfy sofa and a massive smart TV for your binge-watching pleasure, a kitchen ready for your culinary adventures, and a bathroom decked out with a bathtub/shower combo. Plus, there's a sweet little back garden to soak up some sun or enjoy a breezy evening. We've made sure this place has everything you need for a super comfy stay!

The property is close to Stratford centre, its huge shopping mall and also very well connected with the centre of London via Elizabeth line and Tube

Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
