This newly renovated three bedroom property (sleep 6 in total) with open lounge and dining area offers a spacious lounge and dining area, beds for up to six guests and a large garden with patio and seating. A fully equipped kitchen complete with coffee machine, smart locks for a seamless contactless check-in experience and a driveway with space for two cars and more free parking along the road.

*LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA *

Enjoy a selection of films or your favourite series after a long day at work in the spacious living room with Smart TV & Netflix subscription included! A stunning featured dining area with modern bench design can seat up to 6 guests and doubles up as a great area to work from home - additional WiFi boosters around the home ensure a high connection speed throughout. The second green sofa pulls down into a sofa bed with ease.

Fully fitted kitchen with all the utensils and amenities you will need for your stay. Fittings include:

Large, well kept garden with outdoor seating for up to 6 people. Huge apple tree and charming veranda draped in Wisteria. Enjoy a nightcap on the patio whilst the solar lighting and lanterns light up the garden and add a truly mystical outdoor experience.

There is an outhouse which is locked for storage purposes however if you are in need of storage space (for relocation purposes etc) please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

*BATHROOM*

All white bathroom with shower and bathtub. Fluffy white bath and hand towels included as well as bathroom essentials - shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and handwash.

*BEDROOM 1*

A spacious room with luxuriously soft carpet, a King size ottoman bed which allows you to unwind after a day at work or exploring the City, enjoy the Smart TV with Netflix included plus plenty of storage space with double fitted wardrobes and a large chest of drawers.

*BEDROOM 2*

Choose between a super king bed or 2 x singles depending on needs for your stay. Luxurious carpets and plenty of storage with fitted wardrobes. Hairdryer/ironing board/iron and drying rack can be found in here!


*BEDROOM 3*

A cosy room with neutral decor offers a comfortable single bed and a hanging rail with additional shelves.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, no shared spaces. We believe in guests enjoying complete privacy on your trip though we are only one call away if you are in need of any assistance.

Ring doorbell is installed on the front door looking out onto the drive way for the protection of our guests only.

No camera/recording devices of any form are installed inside the property.
