The Space:

• Bedrooms: The home has four well-sized bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, while two additional bedrooms each have double beds. The fourth bedroom is set up with bunk beds, making it a great option for children or extra guests.



• Bathrooms: The home includes 2.5 bathrooms. Both full bathrooms have a bathtub with an overhead shower, and there is an additional guest WC for convenience.



• Living & Dining Areas: A spacious open-plan living area includes ample seating with a large sofa and a dining space under a skylight, creating a bright and open setting for meals and socializing.



• Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen provides all essentials for home-cooked meals, with ample storage and countertop space. A washing machine is also available for guest use.



• Rooftop Terrace: A private rooftop terrace offers an outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying a moment in the city.



Guest Access:

The home utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire home at all times during their stay.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a prime central London location, within walking distance of some of the city’s top cultural landmarks. The Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and Victoria & Albert Museum are all a 7-minute walk away, while Hyde Park is just 5 minutes on foot. The area is known for its elegant streets, independent cafés, and high-end shopping, with Harrods and the Knightsbridge boutiques just a 15-minute walk away.



Getting Around:

The home is well-connected with Gloucester Road Underground Station just a 6-minute walk away, offering access to the Circle, District, and Piccadilly lines for easy travel across the city and to Heathrow Airport. South Kensington Station is also a 10-minute walk. Several bus routes operate within a 5-minute walk, providing direct links to Oxford Street, Westminster, and Covent Garden.

The home has two stories and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property

• Please respect designated quiet hours

• Parties are not allowed

• Guests are required to complete a pre check-in form prior to arrival and accept the terms of our rental agreement.

• Our standard check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Any check-in after 8pm requires an in-person check-in with our out-of-hours agent and incurs an additional fee.
