This penthouse home located right in one of the most sought-after locations in London offers ample space for family or friends, as well as incredible views over London. It has been recently refurbished with modern fittings and furniture. Through its location it offers quick access to various tube stations and lots of attractions such as the British Museum, Oxford Circus and more just around the corner.
The Space:
This four-bedroom home offers a bright living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and modern finishes. With large windows and an open layout, the home provides a front-row seat to the city’s lively atmosphere
• Living Area: A bright lounge with a large sofa, wall-mounted TV, and large windows that enhance natural light. Modern décor, warm lighting, and a mix of textures give the space character.
• Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen with sleek cabinetry, built-in appliances, and an island counter. The dining table seats the full group for meals together.
• Bedrooms: Four bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the remaining three bedrooms each have queen-sized beds with a mix of soft tones, layered textiles, and stylish wall art.
• Bathrooms: Three bathrooms, including an en-suite with a walk-in shower, a main bathroom with sleek tiling and a walk-in shower, and an additional guest WC.
Guest Access:
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Located in the heart of Fitzrovia, this property sits along the vibrant Charlotte Street, known for its independent restaurants, creative studios, and historic charm. The area offers a true blend of London living — from cosy cafes and galleries to elegant Georgian terraces and bustling eateries, all just outside your door.
You’re just a 10-minute walk from Soho Square and under 15 minutes to Regent’s Park, with Oxford Street and the West End's theatres also within easy reach. Whether you're looking for green space, shopping or cultural attractions, Fitzrovia provides an ideal base.
Getting Around:
The property is well-connected for travel across Central London and beyond:
• Goodge Street Station (Northern line) – approx. 3-minute walk (0.2 miles)
• Tottenham Court Road Station (Elizabeth, Central & Northern lines) – approx. 7-minute walk (0.4 miles)
• Oxford Circus Station (Bakerloo, Central & Victoria lines) – approx. 10-minute walk (0.5 miles)
Multiple bus routes run along Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street, making it easy to reach destinations across the city. Walking and cycling are also popular in this area, thanks to its central location and well-developed infrastructure.
Other Things to Note:
