“The great things - space is beautifully decorated and super clean. Jamie set up a pack and play and toys for our daughter as well as Christmas treats. It was so thoughtful. East to find and easy parking. The downside is the noise from the main house - there doesn’t seem to be any noise dampening between the living spaces. You can hear full conversations ”

“Everything was wonderful. We had one issue during our stay that was out of anyone’s control really, but the manager quickly took action and moved us to another room, which was even better than our original room and gave us breakfast vouchers for the remainder of our stay. We would have been okay without the vouchers as we were already happy with the room change but it was a nice touch and we greatly appreciated it.”

“The breakfast was amazing.The front desk staff were amazing, and gave us the extra pillows we requested. The the housekeeping staff was surley and refused to clean our room when asked. The bed was okay not super comfortable but not super uncomfortable either. The worst thing was that they have no water pressure in the shower, like zero.”

“I had a fully paid reservation, and at check-in I was asked to provide a credit card for the security deposit, which is perfectly understandable. However, even though I had four different credit cards, from four different networks, none of them worked with the hotel’s POS terminal. The issue was clearly not with my cards, but with the hotel’s payment system. “I did not stay at the location, i booked the rooms for 4 coach drivers. During the stay we had one of our drivers have a medical Emergency. We called and Kristin was absolutely awesome, she went above and beyond calling emergency services and keeping us at our office informed and making sure other staff would be aware of us coming to pick up our drivers personal effects. Thank you Kristin!”
