“There was coffee but no coffee maker. There was a part of the ceiling that was peeling from what looked like an old leak near the bathroom. The couch was very small and uncomfortable so there were no good seating areas that were comfortable besides the table which only had 4 chairs. Then the bathroom shower was absolutely tiny. The shower was so small it was almost impossible to shave your legs. The beds were comfortable but one of the sheets had a stain on them. The location is nice.”

“Location, location, location! walkable to convention center & great restaurants downtown. The bed was incredibly comfy & the inclusion of 3 levels of firmness of pillows was amazing & very appreciated. Communication from beginning to end was proactive, professional & seamless. Looking forward to return trips. FYI - it’s an original downtown building so stairs to 2nd floor reflect that - just adds to the charm. TV is Google based so be sure to have your logins ready.”
