“Property was tucked away and maybe had 4 other guest when we were there. We were in a back room and only heard the guest above us as the water and pump through plumbing was very loud. The spot was good for traveling with my service dog as there was a gras spot behind. The desk receptionist was a bit gruffled when I checked in and had a child in the lobby climbing on a trash can in the lobby trying to reach the counters. The breakfast was bare with only waffles coffee juice and cereal as options....

“The property held our group of three families comfortably. Common space is open and comfortable. The back yard and patio is nice. The two upper level bedrooms, including master bedroom, are great but the 3 basement bedrooms are pretty dark and our group had trouble controlling temperature.
