“We loved the huge windows, with the panoramic views of the river and lush hill across the river, so relaxing. Great bike/walk along the river front for coffee and a pastry at Coffee Girl on the pier. Perfectly located on the river downtown Astoria near restaurants, wineries and shops. Great opportunities to hike Ecola State Park trails and across the river in Washington including two light house trails. Host were great, we had ebikes and they came up with a place to store them. “When we first pulled up, the teenagers were not particularly impressed with the outside, but upon entering, they squealed as teenager girls sometimes do, running around claiming bedrooms and their own "chill space". The entire home is so spacious with more than enough room for us to gather together, break off into small groups, and get away for some quiet alone time. I have pretty bad allergies triggered by any bit of animal dander, dust, and heavily scented cleaning products. My allergies...

“The location was excellent! Right next to the beach. There was a good sized heated pool and hot tub. Only downside was the siding was being replaced on the exterior when we stayed but the workers were friendly! No air conditioning which would have been fine but the windows had plastic covering them from the construction project. Overall definitely will stay here again! ”
