Knole Guest House può ospitare un massimo di 10 persone. Per ospitare fino a 24 persone, gli ospiti devono anche prenotare la Knole House (si applicano costi aggiuntivi di affitto) separatamente. Entrambe le case condividono la stessa proprietà di 6 acri e sono gestite da Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals.

La Knole Guest House dispone di due camere da letto al piano superiore con comodi letti Queen, un bagno completo e una cucina completa con tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone. Il portico rivolto a sud ha una spettacolare vista sull'oceano con il faro di North Head in lontananza.

Al piano di sotto ha un ulteriore 2 camere da letto, ognuna con un letto matrimoniale, due divani futon, una cucina completa e sala ricreativa con un tavolo da biliardo in ardesia e tavolo da ping pong, un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 12. Questa casa è in realtà due appartamenti completi, affittati insieme come un affitto. Una scala esterna (vista in foto) collega i due appartamenti.

I servizi aggiuntivi includono:

• Vista spettacolare sull'oceano dal soggiorno al piano superiore e dal portico rivolto a sud / ovest

• 4 camere da letto, due bagni. Due appartamenti completi con scala esterna coperta che li collega.

• Pentole e padelle: NOVITÀ! pentole e padelle in acciaio inossidabile, padelle in teflon sostituite ogni 6 mesi, ciotole in acciaio inox, ciotole in vetro, mixer per insalata
• Cottura: abbiamo tutte le scorte necessarie per casseruole e dessert: 12 tazze di latta per muffin, teglie per biscotti, teglia, taglierino per biscotti, tortiera, mattarello, piatti a base di teglia 13x9, teglia, misurini bagnati e asciutti , misurini
• Utensili: Whisks, spatole, cucchiai di legno, mestoli, pelapatate, apriscatole, vite di sughero, tagliapizza, forbici, gelato,
• Set da tavola per 6: piatti, ciotole, bicchieri d'acqua, bicchieri da vino, coltelli, forchette, cucchiai. Abbiamo stoviglie di plastica per bambini.
• Coltelleria: set completo di coltelli in acciaio inossidabile, coltelli da bistecca

Inoltre:

• Rondella di carico superiore e essiccatore separato al piano di sotto.

• Shampoo, sapone e balsamo

Per la prima volta, affitta l'intero edificio! I bambini possono godersi la sala ricreativa al piano di sotto mentre i genitori possono rilassarsi al piano di sopra. Per famiglie multiple, ciascuna può avere le proprie cucine per pasti condivisi o separati.

We enjoyed our stay! House is very well stocked. Worked well for our pet. The only downside was the stairs on the outside which made figuring out rooms with kids difficult. But would definitely recommend, just think ahead.

The property was very clean, easy to find, and boredom should NOT be an issue. Plenty of things to do there. It’s a short walk to the beach.We mainly played pool and the arcade machine that’s is there.

Family Getaway

Great place for 7 people. We were able to walk from the house to the beach for clam digging and walking. It rained the whole time we were there and all the games, pool, ping pong, etc were nice to have.

Perfect for family with teenagers

The house was great! Adults could be upstairs while our teenagers are downstairs playing ping pong, pool, PlayStation, watch movies, and play other games. We played volleyball when it was nice out. That was also a fun activity too! The beach is a short trail walk with our dogs. It was a nice time and memories in the making!

First, when did dish clothes become an amenity. A fuse tripped three times, making it so the toilets didn't work. Too much of anything would clog septic so you had to wipe dishes before cleaning. The pictures you show are misleading. they make the house look bigger. The trundle bed was a closet. Their is a 4 inch step up going into the two downstairs bedrooms that you trip on. The down stairs bathroom was shot thru a filter to make it look clean. Very disappointed in house.

Unbelievably bad management staff, but the beach was nice. I refused to let it ruin my trip!

The upstairs was nice, clean. Besides being nearly inaccessible, the downstairs smelled like urine and cigarettes. Upon arrival, the outdoor furniture was turned upside down and scattered around. There was an enormous amount of junk piled around the property. I had booked the reservation for 3 adults & 2 small dogs. My guests couldn't make it, so I arrived with just the doggies. I called to tell the property manager, Dabra, that the downstairs door wouldn't open, she said they knew it didn't work and there was nothing they could do about it; needed to order a new door. No apology. I used WD40 to get the lock open, but couldn't stay in that part of the house due to the horrible smell. Then, when the keypad for entry upstairs stopped working, I called the office again and asked them to reset the code. That's when the staff told me THEY DON'T KNOW, HOW BECAUSE THEY NEVER RESET THE CODES - NOT EVEN IN-BETWEEN GUESTS. What. So anyone that's ever stayed there can return at anytime and enter. On the last day, the water stopped working. I called the office (were very annoyed with me by now) said that there was nothing they could do, again, but they'd send over Dabra - the manager. I asked that they please not send her, as our conversations hadn't gone well. I was pretty upset about things so far - had used some expletives... I was so in shock at her attitude about the door lock, the smell, the keypad, etc. that I figured I'd rather deal with 'no water' than be face-to-face with whatever body matched the voice on the end of the line. Within minutes she was /banging/ on the front door. I didn't answer. My dogs barked while she was knocking. About 5 minutes later, I got a text from her saying that I hadn't disclosed I had dogs - which I ABSOLUTELY did. She then said she called the owner, Robbie and he said to charge my card for an additional fee, which she did. This alerted me to the fact that their security cameras also don't work. If they had, they'd have seen me and my dogs running around outside for the last two days. I had paid for late check out for 1 rather than 11. Due to the water not working, it looked like I wasn't going to be able to do the few dishes left in the sink. Then, just as I was packing up the last things, the water started to work. I spend a few minutes to do the dishes. Check out was at 1:00. At 1:09 Dabra arrived. She said she was CALLING THE POLICE because I wasn't out on time. 9 minutes. Never been treated worse.... :((

Reviewer Comments: When we first pulled in the house that "welcomes" you is anything but welcoming. 😳 However, just keep driving you will not be disappointed. The "guest house" is really two separate homes in itself with each having its own entrance. Both were well stocked and very clean. Upstairs is darling, bright and cheerful! There are a few things that need attention. The bathroom needs blinds for night time privacy. There should be a coatrack on the wall behind the front door, and the remote for the second bedroom was missing. Downstairs, the washer was not operating and had a note saying to "use the one upstairs ". Which is fine, but should be fixed or removed. I wondered why they didn't flip-flop the sitting area (TV and couch) with the pool table. The tight quarters around the washer and dryer can make some shots very difficult. Lastly, there has become an accumulation of stuff outside around the garage area which is a bit of an eyesore and should be cleaned up or stored in the garage. All and all we had a fabulous time and we will be back! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us

Everything you need to stay away from home, let me tell you this place has it! Plenty of room, books, games and things to do around the house. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes from the house and having that private walkway was amazing! ❤ Our family had a great time and it being clam digging season was perfect! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back and would most certainly recommend this place!

Comfortable and close to the beach

My husband and I and our 3yr old and 9 mo old stayed for 6 days and had a great time. The house was very clean and super well stocked with anything you could want for the kitchen and for playing in the sand. Our friends came a few days in and stayed in the downstairs unit. It was great to have separate space for our families, but still be so close we could put the babies to bed and bring a monitor downstairs to hang out. Only negative aspect for us was that the furnishings upstairs are obviously pretty old and the beds weren't very comfortable. It seems like the downstairs has been updated with new beds and appliances and everything, but upstairs hasn't been done yet. It's in need of some cosmetic repairs and more comfy furniture. The beach is just a short walk, and the sunsets are amazing from upstairs. The view is nice, but there is a giant house between the guest house and the beach, so it's not the unobstructed view I expected. Overall, perfect for a group of friends with or without kids. We would def stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Knole guest house top floor was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for a couple of young kids and adults. The only thing that might be nice is if the shower curtain liner be replaced or cleaned better. The living room couches were also a little smelly. Management was very nice to work with.

Wonderful house with access to the longest beach in the world!

We loved our stay - the rental has two separate apartment style setups, one on the bottom floor and one above, connected by an exterior staircase. The house had everything that we could have needed to cook, play games, billiards, and spend time together as a family. The pathway to the beach made for quick and easy access to Long Beach, and we couldn't have had a better stay!

A Place to Stay While Fishing Sea Breeze Charters

Two story guest house was perfect for our annual fishing trip. We like to stay with Bloomer Estates for more comfort during our one-week event. Had a bear visitor this time - garbage was not picked up from previous renters. Had some trouble with the Roku TV - turned out we were given the incorrect remote. got that fixed too. While we were getting the new remote, the sliding door (very squeaky) was lubed and made quiet again.

The beach was not crowded and we had our own private walkway to the beach which was four minutes away. Incredible. And we saw WHALES! Just off the beach! We can’t wait to go back. Robbie was so helpful and kind, as were the rest of the staff members. They were accommodating and so friendly. Highly recommend ALWAYS! Can’t wait to go back!!!
