Tradewinds ~ 4 ° piano Ocean View Tranquility

Questo bellissimo condominio ristrutturato di recente è una festa per i sensi. Questa unità con due camere da letto si trova al quarto (ultimo) piano dell'edificio con una vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia, sul lungomare e naturalmente sull'Oceano Pacifico. Tradewinds è stato decorato con cura nei mari e nei colori dell'oceano. Ti innamori della vista dal 4 ° piano dell'oceano distesa dal patio. Ognuna delle camere ha letti King e lussuose lenzuola 1000 conteggio fili, con TV intelligente con TV satellitare. Il soggiorno e le sale da pranzo avevano ampie finestre rivolte a ovest che mostravano la spiaggia, il lungomare e, naturalmente, l'oceano. L'unità ha una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutte le vostre necessità e lavanderia in-unit�� per il vostro uso. Ma perché stare dentro quando sei a pochi passi dalla spiaggia! Parole come tranquille o trascendenti possono essere modi in cui descrivi Tradewinds. Non lasciare che questa ritirata ti passi vicino! We loved the condo. It is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. And very clean! My only complaint is that there was only one high table and chair on the patio/deck. This was where we spent most time and the view is incredible. We did find a broken high chair in a closet but couldn’t use it. I suggest that the owner invests in a set of patio furniture with table and 4 chairs.

Enjoyed being on the top 4th floor. Great views of the ocean. Close to beach with an easy short walk. We were disappointed that the boardwalk was being rebuilt and won't be finished until March or later next year. The condo was well supplied with everything needed. Overall, it was a good place to enjoy the beach and surrounding areas.

Beautiful location!

Very clean, very nicely furnished! Quality bedding and towels. Lots of equipment in the kitchen. Everything you will need and more. Only thing that was not as advertised was the cable tv. It is no longer cable but the smart tv’s are easy to use. Sam had all the answers when we called for assistance. Had to find area heaters as the living room was freezing when we arrived and the fireplace did not warm the room.

great view!

very clean with well stocked kitchen and centrally located. I would have given it a 5* had the water been turned on or a note for us how to turn it on. Then later in the evening hubby went for a shower only to find no hot water. We're farmers and quite self-reliant so went in search of a fuse box. It was cleverly hidden behind wall art but we found it, flipped the switch and we were soon good to go. We will be back now that we know the scoop!

Issues and unresponsive owner

The condo itself was fine. However, we were without Internet, and because there is no cable, a functioning TV for our entire stay. The modem and router in this unit were damaged during a storm and apparently had been that way for some time. The owner apparently felt that because the cause of the damage was out of their control that they did not owe us any compensation for the lack of these basic amenities. The cause of the damage does not matter. It is still the owners responsibility to maintain their property and to provide the amenities in the listing.Also, the failure to disclose these problems in advance to people renting your property is unethical.

Wonderful Long Beach Condo

We loved our stay in this condo. Beautiful view, spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, trail to beach/paved trail and boardwalk, covered parking space, convenient elevator and close to town. I look forward to another visit. Thank you!

Great stay

Our 2-night stay at Tradewinds was wonderful. Very clean and airy. Loved the bistro table and chairs on the balcony with a gorgeous view. Instructions for TV cable viewing in the living room were a bit confusing but did figure it out. Look forward to returning. Thank you!

Perfect Location

We came in for the End of the World Rod Run and it was perfect. Walkable to the main drag and restaurants. Beautiful views of the ocean as well. Definitely will stay here again!!

Fun at the beach!

We Love our stay! The condo is clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Our view of the kite festival was awesome, we felt very spoiled. We enjoyed riding our bikes on the trail and walking the boardwalk. We appreciated having WiFi and cable for our down time in the evenings. Thank you so much for the use of your incredible condo, we had such a great time at the beach!
