Tina who handled breakfast was a rock star. Went out on her own to get more milk. How does a big hotel not know they were out of milk? The hot water was out completely and they had to order 3 new water heaters so no hot water the 1st day but then ok. Staff very nice but hotel showed signs of age ...

We couldn’t find a bellman and also when asked if there was an elevator that went from the ground floor to the second floor from the front we were told no just the . escalator so we had to carry our bags from the car up to the second floor and around to the elevators that went to our room
