“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had cleaners come in everyday to make the bed and replace towels. It's in the heart of a very touristy part of the city, so you get a lot of people coming up to you to try to sell you things when walking around, but other than that had a great stay here.”

"Our stay at TTC Imperial Hotel was imperiously good. So far it's the best we had in Vietnam. The location is very strategical, both to access the Imperial City and the night walking street. The room was huge and comfy, the bed was perfect and the view from the windows...amazing. Everything was clean as you would expect from a 5 stars hotel. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We were helped a lot by Mr. Van Duc in organizing our trip to the tombs, and he was, together with the all staff, always welcoming and smiling. "
