“The house has been expertly renovated and is a great place to stay for exploring the Central Coast. We found it quite difficult to find initially as it is located behind another house, and Umina itself is not at all "touristy", but once we got over those two issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is close to being brand new and is very comfy. The bed and sofa, two things we think are hugely important, were extremely comfortable, and the aircon was very welcome. “We had couple of days of nice and tranquil time watching the birds play around the trees as we were looking for some time to chill. The accommodation is very well setup and clean. “Just spent 10 days staying here on the Central Coast for my daughters wedding. We had several relatives stay with us and this was an ideal choice. Great views of Brisbane Water, so close to train station and just an hours drive from Sydney. Owner was easily reachable via text and we exchanged messages several time. They even provided a brand new grill for us to host a Wedding Rehearsal meal. Thank you so much for your kindness, would recommend and certainly will stay again.”

“This was a perfect location for beach and shops. Plan to eat out as the kitchen space is minimal. Laundry is shared with those living full time in the apartments so access to the Laundry facilities was challenging and the dryer was insufficient. You're really paying for location here and a clean place to sleep. Enjoy!”
