“This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The air conditioning barely worked. We told the staff about it, and they said they would come fix it, but no one ever did. The room smelled terrible, and there were dead bugs on the floor. The so-called free Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the TV didn’t work either. “We arrived around 10pm with our 1 year old. Check-in was straight forward, but upon entering our room, we immediately walked out and went back to the check-in counter due to the overwhelming vape smell mixed with a musky scent, as if someone tried to cover it up. When we informed the front desk staff member of this, all she cared about was asking if we had used anything in the room. I had checked in maybe 10 minutes prior--only enough time for us to move the car and bring a load of our baggage...

“The shower don’t really work we have problems with the toilet. The front desk said that they would give us another room and then claimed they were full when the whole thing was basically empty. “Our room was run down, The tiles in the bathroom were loose. Everything looked dingy and not well maintained. Elevator was not working most of the time, so hauling luggage was more difficult. The pool was absolutely disgusting, it was cloudy and very cold. Hot Tub was not working. Breakfast was typical and not very good. Pay the extra $20 dollars a night for a better hotel.”

To make matters worse, management refused to allow a room upgrade and denied housekeeping service throughout my multi-night stay, explicitly stating they were prioritizing a large reunion group instead. “This hotel is the definition of “you get what you pay for”. Beds were functional for sleeping one night, probably 2.5 stars for cleanliness (one dirty towel at checking), although breakfast was better than expected.”
