“Very convenient location to downtown Niles and south bend!”

“Right off the interstate in an area surrounded by restaurants, gas stations, and other stores. Numerous restaurants within a mile or less. Very quiet hotel. Staff extremely polite, check-in fast. Breakfast Buffett is usual foods, but fresh and good selection. Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms are very nice and updated. Hardwood floors. Would definitely stay again solo or with family. ”

“This property is in terrible condition! Our first room was so dirty and we had to get a staff to bring scotch tape to hold the dresser drawers to stay shut. Lamp was broken! Staff was foreign and didn’t understand English very well at all! We ended up having staff move us to a different room that was a little better! Overall don’t stay there ”

“This hotel did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards. There were food splatters on the walls, smudges on the mirrors, sticky bathroom floors, filthy trash cans, and dirty floors throughout the common areas. The property also appeared poorly maintained, with peeling wallpaper and room numbers falling off the walls and rewritten in Sharpie. “Friendly staff. Room was clean Free Continental breakfast to start day was good. Convenient to the Notre Dame campus. Lights behind bed didn't work. Could use a bit of a refreshing. When fixes are done, a customer can tell that they were done quickly and most likely by a staff who may not know what a customer probably notices.”

“The breakfast if you could even call it that was underwhelming. It consisted of only oatmeal and muffins, and the coffee was weak and watered down. The beds were uncomfortable, and the carpet was torn up in spots, which was a problem since I kept stepping on the exposed tack strips meant to hold it down. We also ran into a couple of issues with water pressure on our floor, though to their credit, staff got it resolved quickly. That said, the customer service was excellent for the most part,...

“They gave away my room even though I booked my room way earlier in the same day. When I showed up I didn’t have my room besides, I have to called the front desk cause i wasn’t anyone taking care of people in the hotel. ”
