We went outside on the patio to get some sun and were unable to get back in as the key swipe machine was gone. There were just wires hanging on the wall.My husband had to walk outside the entire facility and through rocks to get back in. When we mentioned this at the front desk, they said the assistant manager already knew about...

“The rooms were great and the breakfast and fitness room were both very nice. The pool and hot tub were great also and very conveniently located by our room on the first floor.”

“The hotel room was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. What I don’t appreciate is the housekeeping people waking us up on the last day. Check out is noon and we had the do not disturb sign outside the door but housekeeping knocked at 9:15 and woke us up. I told the man we are staying until checkout. Yet he came back a little after 11 and knocked again. There should be better coordination so housekeeping knows when a person has left or at the very least, honor the do not disturb sign until...
