“The property had been cleaned and was in reasonably good condition. There was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke that really detracted from the positives. This was surprising because it was listed as a nonsmoking property. If you don’t mind the smell of cigarettes, then this is an economical and convenient place to spend the night.”

“We had a wonderful weekend at the Eastwind- it’s a great independent property with very cute, uniquely decorated rooms. We particularly enjoyed the nightly fire pit where we could meet other travelers and make s’mores with the provided kits. The coffee in the morning also provided a great opportunity to gather recommendations for the day from the staff and other travelers. We later found the code for our room from the owners by driving for an internet connection in a nearby town.
