Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms are available, each equipped with tubs/showers, conditioner, shower gel, and shampoo, along with plenty of fresh towels for your group`s needs.

Guest Access
Guests have access to all areas of the property other than the storage shed.

Things to Note:
• Pets are allowed at this property, but only for a fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fine.
• WINTERTIME: Please note that 4WD/AWD is highly recommended during the winter months (December-March). During heavy snowstorms or ice on the roads - 4WD/AWD is required. While we do plow and salt the roads, they can still be difficult to traverse using a regular vehicle, especially if we have had a lot of snow. Use caution.
- Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fine.
- No smoking. If any smoking smell or paraphernalia is discovered, the guest will be charged a $300 smoking fine. No exceptions.
- Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
