The fact that it is a homeless shelter w/ripped screens from the windows, clothes hanging in the windows and nondescripts hanging out around the property smoking and doing god knows what. The room smelled of urine with stains on the couch and the mattress. The shower was not throughly cleaned. There were pubic hairs in the shower as well as on a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod. I would not stay again nor recommend. Staff was nice but just not our type of...

Online reported parking is included and onsite, which it is not. Then after getting dinner, we discovered the TV did not work for channels.
