Added at-home leisure awaits on the covered patio complete with lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining table. A screened balcony on the second floor offers a breezy perch for coffee or cocktails. Plenty of sports balls and lawn games are provided for family fun at the beach or in the large private yard. Walk to shops and restaurants, or hop on Gulf Drive for an easy drive up to Anna Maria Island, St. Armand's Circle, or Sarasota attractions.

The home's three-story interior comes thoughtfully designed and tastefully appointed for total family comfort. An in-home elevator is equipped in addition to the stairs for complete ease of access. The main floor's spacious open layout is perfectly suited for group gatherings, with updated fixtures and furnishings including an all-new full kitchen, new seating in the living room, and a smart TV.

Occupying the entire top floor, the enviable primary bedroom boasts private en suite features like a screened porch, a desk, a TV lounge, a Peloton exercise bike, and a luxurious bathroom complete with a deep soaking tub and a dual-headed shower.

The elevator is generally locked and unavailable for guest use. If you or a member of your reservation will require access to the elevator during your stay, please contact Vacasa prior to arrival.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home has an active doorbell camera (facing the side yard) and a security camera on the lower patio (facing the other side of the yard), and are able to record video and audio.
An additional Alexa device, which is able to capture and record audio, is installed inside the elevator for emergency

Dock details:

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
