“I arrived at the hotel very late night and tired, and I had to wake up early for my 8:00 a.m. flight. While walking barefoot in the room, I felt something sharp under my foot — it was a piece of nail that a previous guest had cut and left on the floor, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It was obvious the room was not clean, but since I needed to rest, I decided to mention it at the reception before leaving. “Cheap hotel not far from the City Centre and the University as well. The environment is very essential but very quiet and clean, the staff is ok and the breakfast is very good and abundant.”

“Tremendous value. We were in Leicestershire for a pre-Christmas family get-together. The hotel was everything we needed. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable, the staff friendly and happy to help, and the hotel had a pleasant festive vibe about it. Great location in the middle of Quorn too. Thanks again to the hotel manager who whipped out the first aid kit when I was daft enough to injure a couple of fingers at 10pm on a Sunday evening.”
