Whether in summer to enjoy the enclosed garden, the large terrace with its plancha or barbecue, or in winter in front of the stove, this house is perfect for sharing convivial moments. Located just 4 km from the first beach, you can easily go there for a refreshing swim.



Upon your arrival in this house, you will discover the living area with the lounge giving access to the garden and the dining table right next to it. You will also access the open and fully equipped kitchen; there you will find everything necessary for cooking with induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a bean coffee machine.



The house has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: on the ground floor: has a Queen size bed (160/200) as well as a private bathroom

Bedroom 2: upstairs: has a double bed (140/190)

Bedroom 3: upstairs: has a Queen size bed (160/200)

Bedroom 4: upstairs: has a double bed (140/190) and a single bed (90/190), ideal for a child.



The house has a shared bathroom with a hairdryer. A washing machine is also available if needed. There are also 2 toilets, one of which is independent.

For parking, 3 private parking spaces are available in front of the house. There are also spaces outside the house if necessary. Up to 8 bicycles can be left in the bicycle storage room.
