“Stayed here for a wedding as a family of four. Very nice room, a little bit on the expensive side but weighing up a taxi home 40 miles and breakfast it worked out about the same. Breakfast was very good. The drinks at the bar were a bit on the expensive side at £8 a pint but what can you do ”

“Great hotel for a great price. Dog friendly but if you don't have dogs, don't worry, there is absolutely no sign dogs have ever been in the rooms, no lingering dog smells etc. I've stayed here twice and on the second stay was in a room facing the road. I'm a light sleeper but wasn't woken by the traffic at all. There's no Aircon in the rooms but you are provided with a fan so be aware if you run hot. “Parking wasnt great on 3 spaces for the property so had to park at the top of hill and carry luggage down.
Staff and room was lovely, room smelt fresh and was clean we was right next to main foor but could not hear much noise. Check in/out was quick and straight forward. Would recommend hotel. ”
