Surrounded by beautiful mountains between Como, Lecco and Bellagio, a beautiful villa built into a hill overlooking the valley. It is a quiet village close to the little lakes of Segrino and Pusiano at a very short distance from Como Lake. Perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine by the pool or under the porch after a trekking in the mountains, a boat tour or a city tour.
Also the cities of Milano, Monza, Bergamo, Varese are at a short distance
It is not suitable for noisy parties.

Lo spazio
A beautiful home, simple, easy to live in, with a nice garden, a spacious outdoor open space with barbecue, outdoor swimming pool and a gorgeous view over the mountains. The villa is in a residential and quite area, ideal place for relaxing vacations.
Built into a hill, there are 2 flights of stairs in the garden to reach the main entrance. The house is spread over 3 levels.
The pool is at disposal of the guests all year round; the heating of the pool is only on request and with an extra cost, please ask for more information.

* 1 king-size bedroom with access to the garden
* 2 king-size bedrooms with little terraces
* 1 bathroom

* 1 bedroom with bunk bed
* 1 kitchen and living room with a french window onto the garden
* 1 bathroom
* taverna (inside open space with kitchen, perfect for the winter)

The outdoor swimming pool can be heated on request with an extra fee payable on site, the request has to be done in advance.

Air conditioning on the first floor only, fans in the other bedrooms.

The house is in a residential and quiet area, with other villas around, respect for the neighbors is highly requested.
