I did not feel that the property had much in the way of attention for years. This would be a last resort option in my view.

Pretty good stay - Standard fare
It was a pretty standard fare, regional hotel. Things are a bit tired including the bed base. One tip though is to ask for a room that isn’t above the pokie machine room. Although it isn’t loud after 10pm, it would be a bit annoying if you’re trying to sleep earlier.

The motel was quite dirty, The Beds were clean, Towels very old and worn No room service, No coffee or tea replaced I asked for a room service and they came in and emptied the rubbish, and moped around the bed and chairs. Rubbish under bed when we got there and still there when we left Very dissapointed

The location was good property was being renovated restaurant was closed and could not get any wine glasses wifi very weak mouldy shower complete with several pubic hairs ants throughout the kitchenette dripping vanity tap we had booked several months in advance.Had I of known about the renovations I would not of stayed there.

Great if you are okay with cigarette smoke
Impossible to have a non-smoking room as smoking is allowed on the verandah and all the rooms open onto verandahs.

This property (for the third time you have asked me to review) was substandard. Had no reception. It was part of a hotel. Didn’t have any basic facilities. Smashed bedside lamp (singular) and had substandard patrons who were drunk and noisy all night but with no reception, there was no one to contact. Terrible. Wanted to cancel second night but couldn’t contact anyone. This place was misrepresented and an offence against Australian Consumer Law.

This place was quite basic. The shower leaked. When we booked we could see that it was basic but there was no mention about our room being upstairs. I find stairs difficult, so this wasn’t ideal for us.

Fairly run down attached to a pub
Very much an economy hotel/motel. If you are looking for very cheap and central location this would suit, do not expect any extras.

Was disgusted having to take our little granddaughter into a bar in order to book in. Would never have booked here if I knew that or had read the reviews. Will definitely read reviews now. I'm old school and do not appreciate having to return to the bar to ask for a second mug in order to have a coffee as well as soap to wash our hands with. Bar staff should be running the pub and the drive thru not running a motel. Would never have contemplated if I knew we and our 4 year old granddaughter were to be staying at a pub. A bar at a motel is one thing, but a neglected room at a pub is another.

Have stayed in a lot of places and I don’t mind if things are a bit dated. But does 3 star mean that the place can be grubby? The photos wotif doesn’t match the accommodation sadly.

Awesome location. Stay was in a three person room with a veranda. It was welcoming, clean, comfy, well equipped, good value & a great choice for no nonsense pub accommodation. Thanks!

Good location, all the basic requirements
Right on the high street, could walk to shops, other pubs, cafes. But they did not do meals, or anyway did not advertise on signs outside that they did, so we went elsewhere. Had all the expected amenities, microwave etc. We were lucky to be on the ground floor out front, but it would have been tedious to carry our gear in up the metal staircase if we had been upstairs and round the corner. Very convenient.

Awful
Young cleanimg staff did their best when I asked for a clean shower curtain, light bulb, batteries for air con remote but the.place is dreadful. Don't know why wotif has it on their books, put me off booking through them again. Dirty old and tired.
