“Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Liked the cold water and hot coffee in the front desk area. Our room was spacious and clean. The morning breakfast had a good selection of items. Would have liked more shampoo and conditioner in bigger containers for a family of 3. The rooms don't seem to be soundproof and dog barking and hallway traffic was quite loud. The air conditioner was also quite loud when turned on. But overall a good hotel in a convenient location.”

“The property states they are 5.93 miles from Ilani Casino. As a bird flys it is traveling in a CAR it is 1 hour and 40 minutes away from the casino. We booked the Beat Western based on it being 5.93 driving miles away. We were on the phone for an hour getting this canceled and refunded. Please fix this on the website.
