Chiudete gli occhi e immaginate quello che tutti immaginano la cabina ideale per le vacanze di Up North: casetta di legno, camino in pietra, pini torreggianti, nuoto fuori dal molo e una delle più belle catene di laghi di 6000 acri del Minnesota con acqua cristallina e grande pesca. La prima volta mai offerta come casa vacanze, seconda baita di legno più antica sul lago con una aggiunta moderna tra antichi pini rossi e bianchi che cantano quando il vento fischia attraverso le loro cime. Letto king-size di fronte al lago, camera a castello con 7 posti letto, cucina piccola ma funzionale con lavello in pietra, patio in pietra Chilton, anello antincendio, sedie Adirondack, grill a gas in acciaio, vasca idromassaggio con vista sul lago, bunkhouse indipendente per 4 persone con doccia e servizi igienici, graduale elevazione al lago, darsena a forma di L, spiaggia di ghiaia sabbiosa. Perfetto luogo romantico per famiglie e solo pochi.

The rustic cabin mixed with the new cabin was awesome. We spent a lot of time in front of the beautiful fireplace. Made the cabin so cozy.Hot tub was broken but host let us know ahead of time and refunded us for that missing amenity.The value for the price was excellent.We had a wonderful holiday stay with family.

The stay was amazing only reason for the 4 stars is because the hot tub didn’t get very warm, the hottest temp was 98F. Very nice place and enjoyed the stay overall.

This property was a unique and cool blend of a rustic cabin feel, and modern interior. The original old school cabin is intact as the entrance point/livingroom, then the adjoining new space is the modern expansion where the kitchen and bedrooms are located. Wonderful space. We loved it. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We appreciated the pantry had dry goods that were left behind by others/owners which is great had we needed anything. The paver patio, fire pit, and hot tub area is beautiful and we spent time there everyday/night! We hope to visit this rental again! Thank you!

Property was very clean when we arrived. I sent the owner a question on the Sunday before our stay and he responded in about 1-2 minutes! I didn't expect that. Property was stocked with everything we needed... pots, pans, utensils, glasses etc. I would definatley stay here again. We stayed 4 nights and had a great time!

Inside the house was clean and fresh, the hot tub was over shocked.. couldnt sit in it because it hurt my eyes and nose. Broken picnic table outside, says pick up garbage and throw away cigarette butts but there was bottle caps and cigarette butts on patio. Was asked and reminded to fill pintoon but wasnt fill when we got in it. Well water smelled like rotten eggs. We figured out it was because their water filter needed to be changed.. it was dark brown.

We had the best time at this cabin. Dan and his brother really did a great job with the new addition! One of the best parts about this place was the screened in portion of the deck. We had some crummy weather this past week and we still got to be outside and enjoy the day even though it was raining! They do spray for mosquitoes and that really cut down on the amount of bugs around. It was noticeable how absent they were at times! The multiple refrigerators in the house was super nice! We didn’t have to worry about space at all! Having multiple bathrooms was awesome too! This is rare in a cabin and we REALLY appreciated it. I’m not sure I can say enough positive things! Just know that if you stay here, you’ll really enjoy it!

Great cabin and location

Our family had a wonderful time at this cabin. It's such a beautiful location and convenient to Longville. With that being said you MUST attend the turtle races every Wednesday. Our grand kids had a blast!!! Dan was extremely responsive to our needs and we would definitely book again! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us.

Great place to relax with family

The property was great - especially with the new additions! Kitchen is good for cooking for a group. Loved the screened porch. Bunk house was great for our young adults. Hot tub and fire pit got a lot of late night use. Lake was good for fishing and water sports. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect

This property was perfect for our two families, 8 people total. Plenty of space for us to spread out, several bathrooms and adequate outdoor seating. From booking the property to the last day of our stay, communication was great with the owners. We enjoyed the cabin, location and amenities so much we booked next year’s stay prior to leaving! Great Views of the Lake and Loons

Charming log cabin with modern upgarded kitchen, bedrooms & baths. The kitchen is very large with lots of room for gathering the family. Fully screened porch overlooking the lake was very relaxing. Lots of space for the family to spread out. The pontoon was great-no issues whatever with the motor (often a problem at other rentals) and on-the-lake refueling station just across the bay was very easy. I wish the depth finder was operating however. All in all - wonderful, relaxing stay.

Family Vacation

This was an amazing property that had just been through an add on process. It was so beautiful with a screened in back porch. The owners brought over a sectional patio couch and coffee table which quickly became the favorite hang out spot when not on the boat. The upstairs living was perfect for game playing and the town was only a few minutes away. There’s not much in the town but it has everything you need. Bait shop was very friendly and had maps of the lake, Common Grounds was a good coffee stop with excellent prices, and the woodpile has putt putt fun! On Wednesdays through the summer the town has turtle races, although there’s a lot of people it’s not overly crowded. Wonderful vacation would love to come back.

Family/Friend fishing week

House/cabin was comfortable with enough beds for everyone. Kids had their own bunkhouse with full bathroom. Nice updates in the house. Pontoon is a great bonus, as is the hot tub. Enjoyed a cup of coffee in the screen porch overlooking the lake every day!

Beautiful setting

The lake, trees and grounds were beautiful. We used the pontoon multiple days and it was our highlight. Sitting on the dock near the water was also wonderful. The property is actually quite private. The fire pit and deck were used frequently. Beautiful! Loved the area and being close to Longville.

Cozy cabin

The cabin was tighter then we expected the kitchen barely fit one person. The windows were extremely dirty so as looking at the lake was impaired. The cabin wasn't really on woman lake it was girl. Not much happening in town. The hot tub was enjoyable but needed cleaning. Overall we still had a good time and the cabin had more to offer than listed.
