“Breathtaking views and our room was beautiful! Modern contemporary design, very clean. Location was quiet and clean, away from all the crowds. We have 24 hour security. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast choices were good, can’t beat having breakfast with the beautiful beach and sailing paraws in front of you. “If it were not for Ms.Melanie, i hope i remembered her name right i would rate this hotel zero star. We had trouble with our reservation but she made every possible way to resolve it and provided us great service w/ the food and room. She does it all. As for the room and hotel, it needs an upgrade. The room is not clean. Cant even sleep and shower because of the condition of the bed and shower area.”

“Didn't stay there due to healthy issue. We visited Cummings Highlands a week before the booking to tell the owners about our cancellation. They had no record of our stay. So I was not impressed , especially after trying to negotiate a 1 night stay in liu of our cancellation. Overall unsatisfactory dealing with your company. You and the business owners of Cummings Highlandsgot your money for which we received nothing in return. Would not us your booking company again”

“Everyone in our party loved staying here. Beach, shopping, night life and lots of food options including fresh and live sea food within 5 minutes walk. Everything we wanted in a beach hotel inside and out. Prices were very reasonable. Friendly staff. Almost felt as if we were alone there, no one ever bothered us. Just be aware that there are stairs to get to the room. How else you going to get to the panoramic view suite? Enjoy. ”

"Hotel sulla spiaggia di Boracay. Belle camere (la mia con accesso diretto alla piscina) e una piscina che corre lungo tutto l’hotel. Personale molto professionale e molto controllo. Un po’ caotico vista la tanta gente presente ma questo fatto non é legato all’hotel."
