Our luxurious, detached holiday villas are located in a new holiday park The exclusive, small-scale park with 42 new villas is located in a unique location, completely surrounded by water. Each villa has a unique view of the water and the moored boats. The villas offer a lot of privacy, a high comfort level and are situated on a spacious plot with terrace and outdoor fireplace. There are plenty of water sports and boating options. From our park you sail via the Stille Plas to the Loosdrechtse Plassen. All ingredients for ultimate enjoyment in one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands.


All villas give a very spacious feeling due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. Views of the water and lots of light are therefore guaranteed. The villa features a modern, spacious living room, furnished with exclusive but comfortable furniture, a dining area and a flat-screen TV. A perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, hob with built-in extractor, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and L'or Barista coffee cup machine.

This type of villa has two bedrooms, both with 2 x single box spring and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. The 2 luxurious, spacious ensuite bathrooms have a sink and a walk-in rain shower. The villa has a separate toilet. The living room offers access to the spacious garden. Upon arrival, the beds are made. Our villas are non-smoking, equipped with wifi. You can easily park one car at the villa.

The Groene Hart is located between Amsterdam and Utrecht. In this area you will find typical Dutch landscapes and a huge water recreation area, with the Loosdrechtse Plassen being one of the best known. In the area you can rent a boat or dinghy and go on an adventure. You'll find the most beautiful spots in and around these beautiful lakes this way. 
At Thermen Maarssen on the Maarsseveense Plassen (17 km from the park), you can relax and enjoy a day of wellness on the water. Relax during your sauna visit or enjoy various experience programmes such as infusions, scrub sessions, yoga and singing bowls. Then return to your holiday villa satisfied and rested to finish off the day.
The park is surrounded by water and is connected to the Loosdrechtse Plassen. You can rent a boat or dinghy and go on an adventure. You'll find the most beautiful spots in and around these beautiful lakes this way. 
Keukenhof. As many as 7 million spring blooms can be seen at this most colourful park in the Netherlands. Tourists from all over the world come to visit De Keukenhof in spring. So it's a colourful day out when you stay at the park. There is something for everyone to see and do. From activities to flower shows. Inspiration gardens with the most beautiful art objects and a cosy terrace to enjoy the splendour of colours.
