Overton Hotel and Conference Center
The room, especially bathroom could use a good deep clean. The corners of floor and shower were a little dirty. The hotel is lovely and comfortable- great location. Glad we do not have to use valet parking, although I was surprised at the parking fee for self park.

Clean room, good price and great location. Includes breakfast and transportation. It's the perfect place to stay.
