Located in a quiet and highly privileged neighborhood of Lorient, the house opens onto a large green garden and a pleasant, well-exposed terrace, perfect for your outdoor moments of relaxation, family meals, or sunbathing. You will enjoy a haven of peace while being just a stone's throw from the bustling city center with its shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as immediate access to the expressway to easily explore the beaches and treasures of the region.
