You will appreciate its exceptional location in the centre of Lorient, where you will find all the amenities you need: bakery, mini-market, wine shop, cheese shop, florist, bars and restaurants.

The apartment is on the second floor without a lift in a small, quiet building.
It comes with a private parking space.

This 70 square metre apartment has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to three people.

It has:
- Living room with sofa, coffee table and television.
- Fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher).
- Dining area that can seat five people.
- Office space.
- Bedroom 1 with a 125/190 cm bed, storage space and office area.
- Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
- Bedroom 2 on two levels with a 160/200 cm double bed and storage space.

Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia
Point négatif le bruit du bar tres proche. Autrement emplacement proche centre-ville, correspond descriptifs.La cuisine est plus de première jeunesse. La personne qui se trouve là-bas tres dispos et réactive.Le gros problème, le bar a 50m avec un bruit avec des hurlements jusqu'à 1h30 impossible de dormir le vendredi et samedi soir malgré les fenêtres en fermeture.
