“We stayed one night and we were out most of the day. Both check in and check out took longer than it should have because they used a remote desk manager attached to a kiosk. It was slow, awkward, and felt unnecessary. At checkout, there was someone at the front desk but I was still told to use the kiosk.There were no room cards given, only a code which anyone could use to access the room if they had it. I'm not sure how secure that is compared to a room card. The breakfast was basic but...

“I liked everything about this little one story hotel in Los Gatos. Perfectly located on Main Street, I was close to everything. The room was spacious and I had booked a room with a full kitchen, which was clean and set up with everything I needed. A separate little space had a desk and dining table. I love to hike and there is a trailhead just a couple minute walk away that can connect you to miles of beautiful hiking. Traveling alone, I felt very safe in this gated property with an outdoor area...

For some reason I had toilet paper in the toilet before I could even use it -- a little distressed by this oversight but I am choosing to see it as that given the holiday period I stayed and not a systemic issue. From what I could see, everything else seemed hygienic enough.”

We especially appreciate how accessible the property is - the parking is close to the entrance, the walkways are spacious, and the amenities are easy to reach. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Great time catching some World Cup games in the restaurant too. Highly recommend staying here!”
