Guest Registration & ID Requirements
- Max 4 registered guests total, including visitors. Unauthorized guests are not permitted, no exceptions, anyone not registered will be denied entry.
- Bringing unauthorized guests, exceeding the occupancy limit, or hosting parties/events will result in immediate eviction, cancellation with no refund, and charges for any damages caused. No parties or events.
- All guests over 18 must submit a photo of a government-issued ID **at least 24 hours before check-in** so the building can register them with the doormen. Send this as soon as your booking is confirmed — a reminder will also go out two days before check-in.
- Failure to submit IDs 24 hours before check-in will result in cancellation with no refund, per building policy.
- On check-in day, doormen will verify all guests` IDs in person. **A physical, clear, valid government ID is required** — photos on a phone will not be accepted.

*Mail & Packages*
Guest mail should not be addressed to the property without prior host approval. The host isn`t responsible for any mail, packages, or deliveries sent to the unit.

*Smoking*
No smoking of any kind (including marijuana) inside the unit. Smoke smell lingers and makes it difficult to rent the unit the next day; neighbors can also smell it, and a fine will apply.

*Rooftop*
Guests who violate rooftop rules will be fined and barred from the rooftop for the remainder of their stay.
