    The Space:

    This spacious two-level Manhattan Beach home is designed for comfortable, everyday living with a relaxed coastal feel. With natural light throughout and a thoughtful layout, the home offers an easy flow between living spaces, making it ideal for extended stays. The main living area connects seamlessly with the kitchen and dining space, creating a functional and inviting environment for daily routines, meals, and time at home. A separate family room provides an additional space to unwind, complete with a large-screen TV, comfortable seating, and direct access to a private courtyard—extending the living space outdoors.

    The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests across four bedrooms, offering both privacy and flexibility for longer stays.



    Primary Bedroom

    California King bed with ensuite bathroom. The space includes a Smart TV, new AC and heating split system, dual sinks, walk in shower, soaking tub, and a separate toilet area for added privacy.



    Bedroom Two

    Queen bed with closet access and a shared bathroom.



    Bedroom Three

    Double bed with closet access and shared bathroom.



    Bedroom Four

    Twin trundle bed with two twin mattresses that can be arranged together or separately. This room also includes a dedicated workspace with a second display and printer, ideal for remote work.



    Bathrooms include:

    • Two full bathrooms upstairs

    • One powder room on the main level

    • Soaking tub in the primary suite

    • Dual sinks in both primary and shared bathrooms

    • Outdoor hot and cold shower for rinsing off after the beach

    The Neighborhood:

    This home sits in a quiet residential pocket of Manhattan Beach just four blocks from the sand. The stretch of beach at the end of the street remains uncrowded since there is no public parking nearby, creating a peaceful and local atmosphere.

    Within walking distance you will find:

    • Local restaurants and cafes

    • Markets and neighborhood shops

    • Dry cleaners and everyday conveniences

    • Sand Dune Park (two blocks away)

    • Bruce’s Beach Park (six blocks away)

    Downtown Manhattan Beach, with its vibrant restaurants and boutique shopping, is about a one mile walk.

    El Segundo is also just a short five minute drive with additional dining, bars, and shopping.



    Getting Around:

    Manhattan Beach is naturally walkable, and many guests enjoy exploring the area on foot or by bike. The beach, local cafés, and nearby restaurants are all within easy reach, making it simple to settle into the neighborhood.

    For exploring beyond the immediate area, rideshare services are readily available and provide convenient access throughout the South Bay and greater Los Angeles.

    During the FIFA World Cup 2026, rideshare is often the most seamless way to travel to and from SoFi Stadium, allowing you to enjoy match days without the added stress of parking.



    Game Day Tip:

    We recommend scheduling your rideshare in advance and allowing extra time before kickoff, as traffic and demand can increase around stadium events. Returning to Manhattan Beach after the match offers a more relaxed and private setting compared to staying near the stadium.



    Other Things to Note:

    This home is available for extended stays only, with a minimum stay of 30 nights. It is well suited for guests seeking a longer visit, whether relocating, working remotely, or enjoying a seasonal stay near the beach.

    The home includes an interior staircase connecting the two levels, which guests should consider when planning their stay.

    Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is best suited for guests who value a peaceful environment and are respectful of the surrounding community.



    Please note: The main refrigerator’s water and ice dispenser is not currently operational. A second refrigerator is available in the garage.



    Check-In Process:

    Prior to arrival, guests will be asked to complete our secure check-in forms to ensure a smooth and safe arrival process. We partner with a trusted third-party provider that offers optional damage protection and guest screening. Participation is optional and your privacy is always respected. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience while maintaining the safety and quality of the home.



    Travel Insurance:

    We recommend purchasing travel insurance, as plans can change and our cancellation policy remains in place.



    House Rules:

    Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM

    No Events or Parties: This home is located in a residential area and is not suitable for gatherings

    Guest Policy: Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Additional visitors are not allowed unless approved in advance.

    Non-Smoking Property: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home and in outdoor areas near doors or windows.

    Checkout: Our cleaning team prepares the home for future guests shortly after checkout. Please adhere to the scheduled checkout time to avoid additional charges unless a late checkout has been approved in advance.



    Booking Policies:

    Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old.

    Review Requirement: Reservations from guests with limited reviews or ratings below five stars may be subject to additional review or approval.



    Pet Policy:

    Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.

    We are happy to accommodate one small to medium-sized dog, subject to review. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted due to family allergies.

    A pet fee of $375 is required, and guests are expected to ensure the home is kept clean and free of damage during their stay.



    Long-Term Stays:

    This home requires a minimum stay of 30 nights. For longer stays, an additional deep cleaning may be required, and mid-stay cleanings can be arranged to maintain the home’s condition. A refundable security deposit may be collected prior to arrival.



    Additional Notes:

    By confirming a reservation, guests agree to follow all house rules and policies. Guests assume responsibility for their personal safety and belongings during their stay. Hosts may access the property with 12 hours’ notice if maintenance or repairs are required. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a respectful and welcoming environment for all guests and neighbors.
