Manhattan Beach Condo situato nella bellissima Sezione di Sabbia. Splendida vista sull'Oceano Pacifico, sulla spiaggia e sulla costa! Condominio adatto per famiglie in una posizione eccellente (Tranquillo, residenziale, ideale per famiglie e coppie, nessuna politica di partito forte con un minimo di 30 giorni).

2 BR + divano letto matrimoniale / 2 condominio BA con vista sull'oceano fantastico. Completamente arredato.

Situato a 1. 5 isolati dalla spiaggia. Il condominio è a pochi passi da favolosi ristoranti, negozi e parchi.

Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno allegato con passo in doccia. Seconda camera da letto ha due letti singoli. Soggiorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale.

Recentemente ristrutturato con pavimenti in legno e controsoffitti in pietra in tutto. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e dispone di elettrodomestici in acciaio inox.

Manhattan Beach è un tranquillo quartiere residenziale, non è consentito organizzare feste rumorose. Cancellazione di 30 giorni prima del check-in Gli ospiti dovrebbero portare il proprio sapone e shampoo nonché gli oggetti alimentari come pane, latte e condimenti.

Beach Getaway

Perfect location. House was exactly as described. Only problem could not fit our SUV in garage, but we were made aware of that before we booked. Just a pain to find street parking but worth the effort!!Communication was flawless and easy check in and out.

What a view!!!

Manhattan Beach was awesome. The view from balcony is amazing. Property is clean and centrally located. The refrigerator/freezer works well but front is rusted out where water and ice is dispensed.Kinda turns you off.

So close to the ocean you can hear the waves

Very quick stay and for the most part we were gone. However it was the perfect place to come back and go to sleep at. Everything worked as planned. Hope we did the right thing for him with the laundry. We highly recommend. And would definitely come back again. Next time maybe get to enjoy some time on the beach

Great Stay!

Great location with breakfast and dinner spots within walking distance. Bike rental across the street and beach views from the balcony and walking distance. We'd go back. Very clean and roomy!

Family Spring Break Vacation

This house was exactly what we wanted as a place to stay near the beach on our family spring break. The house was as advertised and the owner was excellent with communications. The view of the sunsets over the Pacific are incredible!

Fabulous Home/Great Host/Best Neighborhood

First off. The house is great, the location cannot be beat. The beach is sandy, close, and beautiful . The neighborhood has great restaurants, stores, and cute shops. Every single thing we needed was there in the house.The balcony and view is the perfect spot to end the afternoon.Todd is a very responsive host. Thank you for sharing.

Perfect Location

We had a nice stay in Manhattan beach! This unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants! We enjoyed our walks on The Strand/beach each day! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend updating linens for the beds and towels.

The environment / location is perfect and safe. The view of the ocean is unique. The apartment is spacious and very convenient. Communication with Todd was professional. Check-in very easy. Room for improvement: Certain installations in the apartment could be checked/improved. The items / beach gear etc. lying around in the garage could be tidied up better. The washing machine in the apartment is broken. However, the machine in the garage was a working alternative. However, over all we enjoyed the stay very much and would also like to come back.
