The Space:
The home is located in close proximity to a number of local attractions such as the Redondo Beach Pier (7 miles), Point Vicente Lighthouse and Terranea Resort (10 miles), the Queen Mary (12 miles) and of course all the attractions that Los Angeles offers are about 30 miles away.

The top floor offers a magnificent master suite with great views, a walk in closet, jetted tub and private toilette / shower room. There is a second bedroom on the top floor with a detached bath. The top floor also offers a guest bathroom and two large living areas as well as the kitchen with a formal dining room. Also the back balcony is great place to enjoy the expansive views from this home. The daylight lower level includes 2nd master suite with a private bath, that also offers views of the city. a second large bedroom, another guest bath, plus a game room with a pool table and a flat screen TV. The property has on-site laundry and two garage spaces are available to guests.

Guest Access:
Entire property except 1 room which the owner uses for storage.

Other Things to Note:
CITY RULES:
1 Car per Bedroom or 4, whichever is less.
2 Overnight Guests per Bedroom or 10 whichever is less.
3 Daily Guests/Visitors per Bedroom or 15, whichever is less.
Guests must comply with the City's noise and outdoor activity standards and regulations.
Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM.

HOST RULES:
PMI Mission Viejo charges a nonrefundable Damage Coverage of $69 (per stay/month), which is in lieu of a Security Deposit.
Pet(s) must be pre-approved. Max 2 and max total weight of 80 pounds. Once approved, guests are charged an additional fee of $150.
Photo ID required and charge card required for check in and property access. You may upload during pre-check in or provide upon arrival.
