This was a cute and very clean 3-story townhouse in an excellent location for the LA Zoo and Warner Bro Studios. (Each were only about 15 mins away.) Everything was as described. I am very picky about where I stay and I was pleased with this location. The host had great communication and was nice to work with. The only reason this is not receiving 5 stars is because of the noise from the neighbors at 7am on Sunday for over an hour - it was like they were hosting a footrace right above me (on the ground and top floor). The noise insulation is nonexistent. I would stay again, but would take a white noise machine or earplugs.

Excellent stay.Beautifully presented accommodation.The upkeep and cleanliness was first class!Everything you could need for a perfect stay.The beds and pillows were incredible.Very close to universal.Free parking directly outside the accommodation.Could not find a single fault or negative point to raise. The accommodation exceeded our expectations (we are very fussy and searched for many hours trying to find the right place).Would recommended over and over again.

From check in to check out. Absolutely no issues. We have stayed at several VRBO and my wife and I both agree this is the cleanest we have stayed in. From the baseboards to the ceiling. Flawless. Great location as we were central to many areas we visited. LegoLand, Universal, Griffith Observatory, Rodeo Dr, Hollywood, Sunset Blvd and Santa Monica Pier. Grocery store and several restaurants, breakfast and shops for whatever it is you need or forgot! 3 blocks away is a strip with all of this!! Great communication with no issues. Primary bedroom 1st floor, kitchen and living 2nd, and 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms 3rd floor, full kitchen stocked with appliances and coffee maker with coffee and whatever you need. House came supplied with tp, paper towels and towels for shower time! Personal Privacy gate to house at street! Very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Don’t be concerned with nightly noises from traffic or outside. We will stay here again!! Parking at front with no issues at all!! Enjoy your stay and book this asap b4 the other person reading this right now books it first!!

Nice Place

The place was nice with plenty of bathrooms and a nice couch. The host is incredibly kind and responsive. The only real issue was the unit next door. The people there came home around 11pm and were up until 1am the entire duration of the stay and the walls are very thin. We could hear them walking up and down the stairs all night. And the street noise is pretty loud. Not bad for heavy sleepers, but wasn’t good for the light sleepers.

Exquisite Home!

Property was well msintained, clean and accommodating. Everything we could have needed was provided. 1000 times better than any hotel with more amenities for an affordable price. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful fully loaded home (there were even board games! ) in a quiet neighborhood at an affordable price. Bravo to the hostess. You are top tier!

Very Cute Townhouse

We were all excited when we walked into this property. Ample room in all 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms. All the amenities you offered, made the stay worthwhile. Large bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room space was perfect. Close to all of the attractions that we were going to visit, just wished we could've stayed longer. we highly recommend this property if visiting this area, The host was quick to response with our needs.

Family Vacation

The house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It was exactly as advertised and very clean. Dalia was a pleasure to communicate with. The home was centrally located to all tourist attractions. Parking was never a problem, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet at night.
