Accogliente monolocale con bellissimo cortile privato aperto. Internet veloce WiFi collega più dispositivi, Apple TV in camera con Netflix Hulu Starz e altro ancora. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Ventilatore a soffitto con telecomando, e la cucina è attrezzata per cucinare e mangiare con macchina per il caffè e caffè e zucchero gratuiti. Il mio posto è molto confortevole e può essere rilassante. Puoi guardare un film con Apple TV, fare il tuo lavoro sul tuo laptop con il servizio WiFi ad alta velocità, fare o ordinare qualcosa da mangiare. Il cantiere è completamente privato e tranquillo, sentitevi liberi di usare se necessario. Il nostro studio viene accuratamente pulito con prodotti disinfettati. Tutte le manopole e la superficie vengono pulite. L'aceto bianco viene utilizzato su tappeti e pareti. Ti chiediamo di utilizzare abitudini sane e pulite durante il tuo soggiorno.

We were so pleased to stay here. The location is easy to get to and close to Pasadena, as promised. Also, there is a Trader Joe's practically around the corner - so getting food was easy!

Great location for us attending a wedding in Pasadena. Clean and comfortable with lovely, private backyard, good security and lighting. Enjoyed the little things: good shower pressure, quality ceiling fan for circulation and white noise. Happened to meet the host Michael, who was warm, friendly and a good communicator. We would book again!

We were very comfortable in Michael’s spacious, recently renovated studio. We were glad to have a full bathroom and kitchen. The space was stylish and clean. The WiFi was strong. The neighborhood was safe and attractive. We had no problems. We look forward to staying there again.

The suite was the perfect size for us. It was close enough to the Rosebowl as we came to town for a concert. We also went to Crypto.com arena and the Griffith Observatory, both were a reasonable distance as well. Some other things were a bit farther but we were prepared for that. The neighborhood is lovely and absolutely gorgeous. Felt completely safe walking at night and leaving my car on the street. The host was fantastic. Michael was very kind and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. 10/10 would recommend.

The host has two Vrbo listings right next to each other on the same property and the person staying next door to us opened our door while we were in there. He claimed it was an accident but the whole thing felt very uncomfortable and my partner and I understandably felt very violated so we immediately left and got a hotel. But the place itself was adorable and perfect for two people. Also the host was SO communicative and understanding of our decision to leave.

Quiet, good linens. Entry could be way easier by saying where the lockbox is on each white gate.The notes about caring for the place were a bit condescending and the host came across as rude. I also run a Vbro.

Stayed here for three days of visiting friends in the area host was very good at communication. The space was just described. It was clean well stocked With all the amenities. Definitely book this place again.

The apartment was unclean. Extremely dusty, dead bugs in cabinets, other people's clothes in the closet, dirty shower. We had to leave the apartment within the first hour due to a severe dust allergy. Owner only refunded 40% of the trip despite our not staying there any day/night and his own acknowledgment that the apartment was dirty. A Vrbo representative also confirmed the condition of the apartment was unacceptable. Be aware that although 3 parking spaces are mentioned in the listing, the spot we were given was on the grass next to a main street.
