Questa bellissima spiaggia è conosciuta come Carbon Beach o Billionaire Row, e ospita molte celebrità. A meno di un minuto dai ristoranti, dal famoso molo di Malibu e dalla spiaggia di Surfrider!

La parte unica di questa zona di Malibu è che tutto è molto vicino! Ristoranti di classe mondiale e caffè a prezzi modici, Centro fitness Malibu, lezioni di surf e noleggio, noleggio kayak e immersioni, charter di barche da pesca o vela, negozi locali alla moda per lo shopping e sperimentare il sapore di Malibu. Goditi i numerosi sentieri escursionistici e ciclabili nelle montagne Malibu / Santa Monica.

Onde molo e surf

La proprietà è letteralmente sul mare, il rumore delle onde ed il colore dell'acqua sono le note costanti della vacanza. L'appartamento è un pó vintage ma dispone di tutto il necessario per un piacevole relax. Noi vi abbiamo trascorso due settimane fantastiche (il tempo è stato dalla nostra) alternando giornate di spiaggia, o nell'adiacente Carbon Beach e nella poco lontana Zuma Beach, ad incursioni nella vicina Los Angeles tra musei, architetture e shopping. A noi non viene in mente un modo migliore per trascorrere le proprie vacanze

Beautiful view and spot

This is a lovely little beach cottage with old school charm of simplicity. There is nothing fancy about this place but that is ok as all you need it that view! The couch on the deck was my favorite spot! Make sure to bring a hairdryer though if needed as there is not one and I had business meetings to attend. After the initial check in and tour from Angel, there was no communication, which was disappointing as I had a few questions. Regardless, the view was superb!

Rustic & Ideally Located

This place is ideally located on a beautiful beach with stunning views and is within walking distance to the pier and shops. We especially loved our time on the balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of the crashing waves. We also appreciated the parking. The man, Angel, who met us at the rental and let us in was super kind and informative! However, given the price point of this rental we were disappointed that there was no hot water coming from the bathroom sink, the blinds were broken and inoperable in both the bedroom and living room. Overall the place has a rustic and charming feel, but could use a few updates.

Never Disappoints!

This was our 3rd stay and it never disappoints! It's absolutely breathtaking. Clean and everything you need is either already there or very close by, walks to the pier for delicious coffee in the morning and a glass of wine on the balcony listening to the crashing waves. We can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Location is great but the property itself is in disrepair.

The location is great and the view is amazing. But that’s about it. This property is in need of maintenance. It’s not that it’s dated it is in disrepair. The door to the balcony doesn’t shut, the bathroom door is hard to close, mold around some windows. The fireplace doesn’t work. The nicest piece of furniture is the balcony sofa. I wouldn’t say the photos match the listing and it definitely feels like they keep charging a premium for a property that is declining and overall feels grimy. I am very suspicious of all of these 10/10 reviews. Very misleading. The management was very kind. No issues with them!

Great Location

Location is A+. Exactly what I wanted. Sit on patio and listen to the waves all day. The unit is a little dated but it was much cheaper option compared to the other VRBOs in Malibu. Pro Tip: If someone is sleeping on the pullout couch bed, ask the maintenance guy to bring another mattress to stack on top of the one on the bed otherwise it is really uncomfortable.

Beautiful condo-seal

Beautiful condo on the beach. Love the location right on the beach with views of the Malibu pier. The balcony is so nice to sit on and watch the waves, people on the beach and marine life. Angel manages the property and is so nice. He even brought us some coffee when I asked where to get it. The one bedroom condo was clean and perfect for our visit. We loved our stay in Malibu.❤️

Peace on Earth

Book it. Go. Words cannot describe this little piece of heaven. We had coffee every morning as the sun rose listening to the waves crash on the shore just below the deck. If you are tired and do not want to cook…next door has a feast waiting to be devoured! Five stars!

The ultimate ocean front location

Amazing location just steps from the Malibu Pier, with off street private parking. Unit is older, but clean with direct access to beach and private deck over looking the ocean. Highly recommend!

Great location, Needs Updating

The location of this place is amazing and we loved hearing the ocean. Check-in was great and the manager of the complex was very nice. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable, and the place needs updating. I read the reviews before I booked it and the responses to similar comments about updating the place are always "We are continually updating..." I don't understand what they are updating. LOL I don't see it. The heater didn't seem to work well (looks like it's been there since 1940), but we were only there for two days, and the weather was fine, so wasn't worth the hassle of having it looked at. If the bed was comfortable, we wouldn't have minded it being so rustic...but it wasn't.

Pros: *Ocean front property can't be beat - it was lovely being able to sit on the porch and stare into the ocean and hear the waves. The ocean view from the bedroom was also nice! *Angel, the onsite manager, was great - he was kind, helpful, and friendly! *Plenty of towels, TP, Tissue (which is nice in a STR) *Appreciated the detailed instructions prior to arriving Cons in owner's control: *This condo is VERY dated - the appliances, much of the furniture, flooring is all old, cracked, rusted and in need of replacement *found a lot of ants in living room and bathroom (however, Angel was very quick to come and take care of the problem) *some cleanliness problems (top of fridge) Cons outside owner's control: *Parking is a challenge if you have a large vehicle (we had to park on the Pacific Coast Highway) *No beach in front of the condo (the tide comes up high and it's not a walkable beach) *No good places to walk your dog unless you're okay with the busy PCH Recommendations: *Offer a few more condiments (oil, etc.) *Describe kitchen offerings (full coffee pot vs. pod coffee pot) to help guest know what to bring/buy *Update the contact sheet (the sheet itself is rusted and worn out) with the most accurate people/person to call when the guest needs something *A couple throw blankets would be nice for living room *Consider updating to a king bed that is more comfortable Overall, although the apartment is quite tired, it was a nice stay and you can't top the ocean view!
