Questo elenco in alto è un bungalow romantico luminoso e arioso di design sulle storiche Venice Walk Streets. Piano aperto completamente moderno con cucina per lo chef, macchina per caffè espresso da ristorante, TV a schermo piatto da 50 ", sistema audio Sonos a 7 zone in tutta la struttura, connessione wi-fi e altro. Bella iarda anteriore erbosa sulla tranquilla passeggiata via pedonale con dondolo pensile, tavolo per la colazione e altro ancora. Patio posteriore privato con ampi posti a sedere all'aperto (perfetto per i pigri giorni di sole), vasca idromassaggio per 6 persone e parcheggio extra. Pittoresco, affascinante e coinvolgente, questo è il luogo perfetto per brunch pomeridiani, docce per bambini, intime cene per 30 persone e altro ancora.

La riprogettazione a sei cifre recentemente completata dalla designer veneziana Vanessa Schreiber abbina splendidi dettagli e comfort in tutto. La camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato con vasca clawfoot vintage. La seconda camera da letto è un rifugio marocchino ispirato in una privata, romantica 'Cabana' nel cortile posteriore.

Non solo un affitto: questa è anche la mia casa e presenta opere d'arte e oggetti da collezione rari che ho acquistato da tutto il mondo. Spero che sentirai lo stesso amore e ispirazione che Foxden mi dà ogni giorno.

Beautiful Venice walk street home

We had a wonderful week’s stay at this Lovely beautifully decorated clean spacious home on a quiet Venice walk street. Fully equipped well organized home with immediate responses when inquiries sent. Walking distance to Abbott Kinney and erewon. Parking on site was a bonus. Can’t wait to book again !

Nicely appointed home with Hot Tub

Overall our stay was nice. The check-in process where they want you to sign a form so they can access your computer camera, was a bit intense.They also call you , they insist its mandatory, and make you sign that you won’t film there without paying a big fee. We had no intention of filming, it was just my husband, adult son and myself. We showed up and there were a lot of sketchy people in the lane, but they do have a locked area to park and a locked gate to the property which is great.. We couldn’t access the front walkway of the house property by the fence, due to the huge flood of water , but I think there is a pathway you can use to walk to the sites in the area, if you want to go that way. The second bedroom ( outside in another smaller building) does not have an adjoining bathroom. So whoever stays in that bedroom has to walk outside, use the keypad to access the main house, and then go inside to use the second bathroom. This we were not aware of before booking. This is a nuisance for anyone at night, and frankly not too comfortable if you have sleepwear on or underwear and cameras are watching you. We have outside cameras on all our 4 homes, but I have never seen out side cameras that actually face directly into the house. The camera should be set against the main house to look down at the doors and across the property. That was very unsettling and we could only close the drapes at the front of the house where that camera partially faced into the house and could be seen from the kitchen. The back of the house, where the person has to walk into the second bathroom , has no drapes. So if you are thinking of going into the hot tub, just realize someone is watching you all the time. The hot tub was great and very hot, which was a bonus. Other than that and the fact it was cold when we came and its an old house with varying temperatures depending on the rooms, it was a nice stay. Nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The microwave is above the fridge, so that can be an issue when removing hot coffee or soup, and impossible for younger children to make popcorn , which may be a concern for some.

Perfect Venice Stay

The most charming and comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. It felt like home because it is in fact the owners home. We enjoyed all the amenities of the home including the kitchen & jacuzzi (which is serviced every week). Very accommodating host available for any questions. We could write 10,000 words to describe but would sum it up in 1...PERFECT. In a great location with walking access to several great restaurants, easy driving distance to all the places you would want to visit in Marina Del Rey, Venice and Santa Monica. Also close to the freeway for easy access to other parts of LA. We hope this property is available for our next trip to LA,

Perfect, quiet, safe hidden gem in Venice

My twin sister and I stayed at the Bungalow in Venice. This area is a VERY unique hidden gem. The back of the house is an alley, and a gate opens with a code. Inside the gate is a parking space and a building which is a large detached bedroom. At the FRONT of the house is a front porch, yard, gate, and a walking path. There is no street out front. It's one of the most charming, unique places I've ever stayed. INSIDE the house is artistic, comfortable, great kitchen, comfy couches, very clean. We walked on 2 separate nights to fantastic restaurants. If you have small children, you won't want them to stay in the detached bedroom. But for two couples, teenagers, adults, etc., the detached bedroom affords great privacy. I am SO glad we stayed at this special bungalow in a very special place. Oh, and the property managers were ON IT!!! They got back to us almost instantly when we couldn't figure out how to turn on the television. This bungalow is so close to everything, yet so tucked away.

All around excellence

Foxden was perfect for us! Great location in Venice. Amazingly quiet because of the walk street. Safe and secure in the backyard with the hight fence and gate. I hadn't realized that the second bedroom was detached - but my teenage daughter loved the privacy. Easy to walk and drive places. I drink tea, but went back to coffee using their espresso machine during our stay. Went to the farmer's market and was able to use their well equipped kitchen. The dining table was perfect for eating, zoom work sessions. And the outdoor sitting areas were perfect for reading. A great retreat and beautiful home.

This might be the best rental experience I've ever had. Everything looked better in person than from the pictures. Very peaceful and great location in Venice. Definitely would stay here again, great overall experience!
