Ideale per famiglie in viaggio, gruppi, piccole imprese.

Il posto è pieno di nuovi mobili, aggiornamenti, nuovi comodi materassi e biancheria da letto. Si trova in uno dei quartieri principali della SF Valley, con facile accesso alle principali autostrade, al Getty Center, agli Universal Studios, a Hollywood, a Santa Monica e all'UCLA. Vicino a Trader Joes e Ventura Blvd che offre una varietà di ristoranti e ristoranti.
Io e la mamma viviamo nella proprietà senza spazio di uscita condiviso, ingresso separato dell'edificio.

Siamo felici di aprire le nostre porte dopo lunghi 3-4 anni di costruzione aggiungendo locali e spazi per i rifiuti, ristrutturazioni, ecc. Il posto è pieno di nuovi mobili, aggiornamenti, nuovi comodi materassi e biancheria da letto. Sii il primo a godere.

Il nostro posto è situato nel sicuro quartiere di classe medio / alta di Encino Park. Si tratta di 4 camere da letto 3 bagni tutta la casa più 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni camere da letto recentemente aggiunte al 2 ° piano con ingresso indipendente, bagni propri e patio sul tetto. Tanto spazio per la privacy, raccolta interna ed esterna.

Situato in posizione centrale nel cuore della valle di San Fernando, con facile accesso alle autostrade 101 e 405 e alle attrazioni turistiche. Vieni e divertiti a trovarti nella frenetica città, ma circondata da un'oasi di verde: alberi da frutto, fiori di stagione, ascolta cinguettio degli uccelli mescolati al rumore della città.
Io e la mamma viviamo nei locali senza spazio condiviso in comune con gli ospiti. Se ti piace socializzare, ci piace l'interazione con gli ospiti e la condivisione di storie. Ci sono due ingressi principali per l'edificio dai lati opposti: l'ospite utilizzerà l'ingresso dalla strada e gli host dal vicolo. Le aree comuni sono giardino, sentieri per passeggiate in giardino, posti a sedere all'aperto.

House si trova sulla strada trafficata vicino alle autostrade, sentirai un po 'di traffico dalla proprietà a volte mescolato con canzoni di uccelli o di cricket. Il giardino del cortile riduce il rumore, alcune delle camere di nuova costruzione sono molto più silenziose di altre: camera matrimoniale e 2 camere da letto sul cortile, al 2 ° piano.

We were in town for the LPGA JM Eagle golf tournament. We sponsored the youth scavenger hunt during the tournament and had to manage a lot of moving parts, both people and product. The proximity to the golf course and available space at the property made our week a breeze.

Place exceeded my expectations. Lots of space. Clean. Patio and deck were great. Good kitchen supplies. Issue with AC upon arrival was remedied within one hour. Luisine our host responded to my message immediately. No worries staying at this place. Also great location. Do not hesitate to book

worked well for our big group

We had a large group of different families and really appreciated that the home had plenty of separate bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The home was clean and tidy and met our expectations.

Great property

We’re had a good stay here! The location worked well for us because we had several days spent in LA and several in Malibu so it was usually about a 30 minute drive either way. The freeway entrance and a Trader Joe’s are both super close which was nice. I appreciated that most of the bedrooms have connecting bathrooms - we were never in each other’s space. The majority of the property was quite clean, but I think the previous guests had put dirty dishes back so I only gave 4 stars there. There is only street parking which we found difficult a few times. we did find parking - it just took some time and was less convenient. The listing also says there is a hot tub, but I wouldn’t consider the large bath tub in the master bedroom a hot tub… Mostly - location and actual space were great. Bedding was comfortable. We also found a steamer and an iron in a closet which we gratefully used! Loved that there was a washer dryer and extra towels.

Wonderful Visit!

The host was so responsive and communicative! We had a blast, and the space was perfect for our hangouts. The walkway into the house is filled with beautiful flowers and smells like roses, and the fruit trees in the back add a nice sweet touch. Lusine was wonderful - highly recommend the stay!

Perfect for Multi Family Trip

This place was perfect for our family trip. We had 4 different t families with varying age gaps and this had the perfect amount of space. Each family had their own room and bathroom for the moments we needed privacy but we could still be around each other to fellowship. Check In and out was easy, and there are plenty of grocery stores/food places nearby. Easy access to freeway and very quiet/private neighborhood.

Great place for multiple families

We were three families plus a grandmother and nine boys ages 5-16. There were the perfect number of large beds for adults and twin spots for kids. The two rooms that are separated from the house were each like a separate apartment, which worked well for us. The kitchen was well stocked. The street parking made me nervous but we always found a spot pretty easily. The location was good with easy highway access. The property owner was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We were very pleased with this rental.

Cozy clean and comfy

Bedrooms and beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were too. Patios and separate on-site apartments came in handy for our 2 youths. Excellent location and safe, friendly neighborhood near groceries and gas. Great restaurants and short drive to beaches and theme parks.

Amazing place and owner

My family (husband, parents, 4 small children) and I stayed here while visiting LA. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. The two upper rooms with a rooftop deck for hanging out were amazing. The neighborhood feels safe and is close to the highway, allowing us to drive to places easily. There are many surrounding restaurants and stores. What made our stay the best was easy communication with the owner, who is very sweet and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to LA!

Excellent visit!

The house has a tremendous amount of indoor and outside space. The home was very clean and the owners are responsive and friendly. The outdoor patios are wonderful to enjoy anytime, definitely at sunset.

Lusine's House

The house was clean and lovely. The communication with Lusine was beyond expectations. She answered every question promptly. Everything was very easy to find in the kitchen. LOVED the peaches and plums she left for us throughout the stay. The house is very convenient to the main traffic arteries. I would recommend staying at Lucine's place!

Grandma’s 100th birthday party

The property was large enough to easily accommodate our whole family and they had a great time. Located right next to the 101 so easy to get around. Lusine was a great hostess.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Absolutely loved the outdoor space and garden area. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our variety of guests. Kitchen was supplied well with spices, utensils, dinnerware, and other cooking supplies. There were places nearby to grocery shop, a Starbucks, and a gas station nearby, and an amazing Mexican restaurant called Salsa and Beer. Lucine was very responsive and accommodating before, during and after our trip! We were very comfortable there and would definitely consider staying there again.

Overall great experience

The place was great and the location is fantastic. Hosts were wonderful and communication excellent. Could be a little pricey for us to use in the future, but overall it worked very well for our larger group.

Great House for large groups

Nice home, quiet for being on a main street. Street parking only but we managed to find it in front of the house. Lusine was attentive. We reached out for a few things and she was attentive and helped quickly. The layout is a bit different. 4 bedrooms in the main part of the house, and then (2) one-bedroom suites outside the courtyard and up the stairs. These two rooms are private, but they share a common wall with the main house where Lusine lives. It was private, her living area is totally separate from the rental house. We did not see her except when she came over on request for some items. It worked nicely for our group. Two of the adult couples in our group used those rooms while the “kids” and other adults used the main house. Lots of sofas for the living space to gather and watch movies or play games. There is a trader joes less than a block away. The freeway is super close. We went to Universal studios and it was a 15-minute drive (no traffic when we went). We would definitely come back. Thanks, Lusine for all the little things you did to make the house feel like home. Well stocked kitchen with spices, pots, and pans, large refrigerator, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, extra linens, all the little things so we didn't have to do extra shopping. oh and the beds were super comfy! It was a great stay for our large group.

Thanksgiving in Encino

We stayed in Lusine's property for 4 nights. Lusine was very responsive and her listing was very clean, comfortable and accurate. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely do so again if we're in the area. I recommend Lusine's home, especially for family stays.

Spacious house with great host and super easy communication

The house fits perfectly our family and have enough space for everyone. We really appreciate our stay with grocery stores close by and also easy access to the 101 freeway. Great communication with the host. I would recommend it.

Clean & communicative

The property was very clean and the property owners were very attentive to our messages and needs. We cam got visit family in the area, so really just needed a place to sleep as we spent the day out with our family. As it says, the house is on a VERY busy four lane road. We opted to park in the neighborhood and walk to the house. The neighboring homes are super close so we could easily see and hear the neighbors from the windows inside. However the property owners were very respectful and we never would even have known they were there, so having them onsite was a plus for us as it added a sense of security. The kitchen has a large quantity of dishes, but not a great variety. So if you are looking to cook meals there I would check and see what you need to bring (baking dishes, platters, etc.) Should we visit our family again, and need a place to stay we would absolutely consider staying here again.

City living

I felt very at home in this house as well as very attended to by the host. The area of the home was in walking distance to grocery stores and only minutes from coffee or anything else you might need. It was also close to the airport, parks and entertainment . The house has a lot of space for everyone but also two of the rooms were located far enough from the rest of the house that if you rented one room it is still private as well.
