Guests will have access to the apartment at 4:00 PM (unless early check-in).
- NO SMOKING, violations will result in a $500 charge or more depending on the deep cleaning that will be charge by the cleaning company.
- NO PARTIES, violations will result in a $500 charge to the card on file.
- Correct number of staying guests should be added on the reservation.

We have a self check-in process and are always quick to respond to guest inquires and calls!
There is a Blink Security Doorbell on the exterior of the front door is activated by motion and records video to ensure the safety of all of our guests.
Apartment capacity is limited to 8 guests. Equipped with queen beds and non convertible sofa. Violations will result in a forced cancellation with no refund.
